I noticed Dave Roberts mentioned (in your interview article) that he likes using hyperlinks. Something which has pleased me immensely recently, is the ability to now link any file from an abstract element in Rational Rose. So you can link any class to say an image file. So now we have the ability to link the concrete design as an image to the abstract design as a UML diagram.
