They found that pages in .com domain are much more likely to change week over week than pages in the .edu domain. Professors or students write a document and then it remains there. They also found out that Web pages from Germany had a higher proportion of changes. Twenty-seven percent of these pages were changing significantly, (at least two-thirds of their features every week) compared to three percent for the Web as a whole.
