One of the main highlights of the festival was Ian Clutterbuck's (UK) 'Inner Machine', a delicate, beautifully composed piece, created using hand-made, hand-powered machines, resembling the display panels of oscilloscopes, radars and obsolete NASA technology. As Clutterbuck twirled and oozed his machines into life, a complementary computer-based score was provided Dan Powell and Will Seelig (UK).
