Is Localization of a Product Essential to Ensure Usability and Customer Satisfaction? (12 Mar 2005)
I was disappointed to learn that a company, which prides itself on being ISO-9000 compliant and passionate about customer satisfaction, would overlook an opportunity to localize products for its users.
I congratulate those daring men and women who challenged the status quo and who demonstrated team work to improve usability.
